Purpose & Objectives of Position 崗位目的
確保庫存貨物的安全有效，在ERP系統里對貨物的收發(fā)存等狀況進(jìn)行準確的操作和管理，及時(shí)準確的報表和文檔管理。
To ensure the safety of goods in warehouse and keep the normal operation of goods receiving, issuing stocking, and recording the appropriate transactions in the ERP system.

Specific Accountability具體職責
1．嚴格遵守公司的制度，遵循倉庫各項原則實(shí)施管理；
Strictly comply with company rules and follow the principle of implementation of warehouse management

2．嚴格按照倉庫流程和作業(yè)指導書(shū)開(kāi)展工作
Operate in strict accordance with the warehouse procedure and work instructions

3．負責與原材料及其他生產(chǎn)資源相關(guān)的倉庫日常管理工作，包括卸貨，清點(diǎn)，檢驗，入庫，系統入賬等;
Responsible for daily warehouse operation in terms of raw materials and other production materials, including unloading, counting, inspection, storing, booking and etc.

4．根據生產(chǎn)訂單的物料清單，從原材料倉庫選取對應的材料，交付生產(chǎn)車(chē)間進(jìn)行裝配及其他生產(chǎn)活動(dòng);
Pick relevant materials in line with BOM, and deliver to production line for assembly

5．對發(fā)貨區進(jìn)行日常維護管理，根據訂單發(fā)貨要求，安排產(chǎn)品裝車(chē)及協(xié)調發(fā)貨指令工作，并及時(shí)匯報工作結果;
Daily maintenance for dispatch area, including dispatch arrangements according to dispatch request and result reporting.

6．確保庫存材料先進(jìn)先出；確保物料防銹防潮等安全有效倉儲。
Ensure inventory materials follow FIFO. Ensure stored materials are in safe & right condition, such as rust proof and moisture proof.

7．對倉庫進(jìn)行日常維護，根據財務(wù)部門(mén)指令，定期對倉庫進(jìn)行盤(pán)點(diǎn)工作;
Daily maintenance in warehouse including cycle counting according to the requirements by Finance

8．協(xié)助質(zhì)量部門(mén)對原材料進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理工作
Assist Quality department for quality management of raw materials

9．按照公司規定進(jìn)行固廢的處理，負責工作區域的5S
Solid waste treatment according to related rules, responsible for 5S of working area

10．公司安排的其他事宜
Other tasks assigned by company

Job Qualification任職資格

Education

高中以上學(xué)歷
High school or above

Experience
工作經(jīng)驗 
具有三年以上倉庫管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
At least 3 years warehouse management experience is required.

Skill
技能 
1.日常電腦操作，數據錄入
Basic computer skill
2.熟悉倉庫的日常工作如物料的收，發(fā)，存，移動(dòng)等
Familiar with warehouse daily work like goods receiving, shipping, storage, movement
3.較強的人際溝通能力
Strong interpersonal communication skills
4.必須具備叉車(chē)證
Forklift driving license is a MUST
